    The food selection and service were great. As a point of feedback. It would have been nice to have all the food in the same area. We were seated in a separate area and only had access to kid friendly options in our area. We had to walk to other areas for traditional dishes, salads and desserts. It was a great experience overall and a great option for my Mom and I. Una was awesome. I would have tipped him 20% even if gratuity wasn’t included.

    The wait staff was friendly, unfortunately that was the only positive part of the experience. We booked a reservation for 11am which was the advertised start time of the thanksgiving buffet. Food was not available until around 11:45. This was tough as we were juggling young children. Price was outrageously high compared to the quality of the food. Will not be returning.

    Service was awful. Our server stayed completely confused the entire time. It took 30 minutes to get drinks, appetizers came out after entrees, sides came out before entrees, and the checks were brought out incorrectly. Management provided very little support.

    I made the reservation through open table for Mother's Day. I looked at the menu for brunch and checked the website to ensure there wasn't a special buffet brunch. Then I called the restaurant and left a message wanting to confirm there was no buffet for Mother's Day. What did they do, they created a buffet for Mother's Day and charged about $100 a person with tax and gratuity included. I talked to the management and they just said sorry, but they aren't responsible for any of their marketing.

    I went here to celebrate Mother's Day and the overall experience was good but it was a pretty average buffet. A buffet that was way over priced. On top of that there was a hefty service charge with an added line asking for additional tip. Given that this restaurant is attached to a hotel is maybe why there was an additional "service chg" but I was a bit shocked when I received the bill. The bill was $300.10 for just 3 of us. (3 buffets & 2 mimosas). Service was fair, meaning that the wait staff refilled my coffee and water. It's my fault for not being prepared with knowing what this was going to cost me in the end.

    I booked reservation for 50th birthday months ahead. The hostess was so rude and didn’t greet us and ignored me when I told her I had reservations. She just said for two, and I said yes I have a reservation and she replied “uh huh” this way. We were seated without a view of the lake and when I asked her she said we don’t have any and I asked if we could sit outside then and she replied they aren’t seating outside, yet 20 min into our visit she starts seating the tables outside. She never asked for my name for my reservation and my fiancés special birthday dinner was completely overlooked. The food was extremely bland over cooked vegetables with the crispy chicken. The crab cakes were the size of a half dollar and mostly breading. We drive 5 hours to stay at this resort and I couldn’t believe this was the birthday dinner I had planned. No offer for a dessert or anything. We were just asked if we wanted to charge the extremely overpriced, bland, small food to our room. This place did not live up to its hype at all and hostess needs to be better trained.
