Excellent atmosphere! The food was very good and tasty. Do expect large portions for the price. Waiter staff is excellent!

We arrived at the restaurant in our resort and were promptly greeted and given a choice of an inside or outside table. We chose indoor. Our waiter arrived quickly and took our order for a bottle of wine. The Sommelier brought the bottle of Merlot and made sure it was to our satisfaction. My girlfriend ordered the tomato soup and I ordered the minestrone soup as appetizers. They arrived hot and delicious. For entrees I ordered the salmon and my girlfriend had the Gnocchi. Both were exceptional. During our meal, our waiter and staff were very attentive, but not overbearing. We very much enjoyed our dinner and recommend Tramonto.

We ate at Tramonto at Vidanta Vallarta and really enjoyed our meal. Started with a Caesar salad and then had Penne Salmon sauce in Vodka and the spicy spaghetti dish. We could not finish our meals as we were full. Will return to Tramonto next time in Nuevo Vallarta.

Food was excellent! Service left something to be desired. We asked for our check and thee table next to us ordered dessert and ate their dessert before we had to ask again for our check. The waiter never came to check and see if we needed anything!

I prefers pasta and it was not very hot but it was delicious. My husband had the rib eye. Delicious but just rib eye—if could have had something else with it like a. Small vegetable and a small scoop of mashed potatoes.

Friendly, attentive staff and wait staff. Hot food was hot. Cold food was cold. Everything was clean and maintained. We never felt rushed. Waiter moved at our speed and allowed us time to enjoy dinner. Pasta Carbonara was perfectly balanced. Prime rib was not very tender but the flavor made up for this. Whipped leeks versus potatoes would elevate this dish. Vegetables were al dente and plentiful. We will return.

The salad and main entree were bathed in salt. We had to return the food. The waiters were excellent and very apologetic, but then again, it wasn't their fault. It was the so-called chef! I was so looking forward to this restaurant. Very disappointed.

Dinner was delicious. Waiters were very polite and helpful. Spoke good English. Their signature drink was so refreshing that I could barely put it down. The complimentary warm bread basket with olive oil and balsamic vinegar was very enjoyable. Service was quick to receive your main course. My favourite part of any any dining experience is dessert. I definitely was not disappointed with table side Tiramisu that I shared with my husband. Overall re truly enjoyed ourselves at Tramonto and I would go back if time permitted as the menu had many more options that caught my eye.
