   Pathetic service. Had to wait 20 minutes after arriving despite having a reservation. Had to wait 90 minutes after ordering for the food and ended up leaving and cancelling the order

   Would not recommend for Valentine’s day for a few reasons: 1. We arrived on time for our reservation, but we were seated 30 minutes later. 2. Drinks were decent, but food was served cold and with small portions. 3. Compared to the regular menu, the Valentine’s day menu had limited options and higher prices.

   My party and I waited over an hour and half to get seated. On top of that we didn’t not get our food and drinks until almost an hour and half after getting seated at our table. The food itself was good although the pasta noodles were hard and difficult to chew. The drinks were delicious.

   Went on valentines day expecting a magnificent dinning experience but received just the opposite. Our reservation was at 7:30 pm and we did not get sat until 8 pm even though we arrived 5 minutes early. Our server did the best she could but food took another hour to arrive while we sat outside in the cold. The lobster arrabiata we had ordered came out undercooked and when we sent it back it was still undercooked. They ended up refunding our dish but our dining experience on such a special day was ruined.

   We waited over an hour for our reservation and then waited an additional hour for our food, which was good but not worth the two hour wait.

   Pros - yummy drinks - pretty area/decor - outdoor heating - food was decent, taste-wise Cons - $25 charge if late to reservation, yet long wait to be seated despite being on time - despite a smaller menu for holiday (valentines day), food took an hour to be served - food served cold - server rarely came to refill water cups (4oz cups), and when they did, cups were filled half way - odd choice of music for the ambiance - bathroom was disgusting

   Valentines day was busy and serv8ce was delayed by 30 minutes but the food was worth the wait, can't wait to come back and try the regular menu

   Seated outside, cold and wet, took over an hour to get our food, bake potato’s were cold, Valentine’s Day dinner menu was terrible. This is our favorite place and tonight was such a disappointment.

   I had high expectations for this visit, especially since we made a reservation ahead of time. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We were seated outside, even though we had specifically requested an indoor table. Despite the fact that we had a reservation, the hostess was unwilling to accommodate our request, which was frustrating. It felt like the service didn’t meet the standards I expected, and it definitely impacted the overall experience. I hope they can improve in the future.

    The food took a very long time to get served. Two dishes where served cold. Service was not good.
