Trattoria Ora is a restaraunt owned by Ray Besi. Ray has been in the restaurant business for over twenty years now. Ora, is the newest addition to the family and the first one of Ray's restaurants to be located in Astoria, Queens. Here at Ora, our chefs prepare mouthwatering Italian dishes with fresh ingredients purchased daily, along with a vast variety of wines. Since Astoria is our home, we are trying to make your future restaurant experiences here at Ora, feel as close to home as possible.

First time here, quaint old fashioned place. Food was excellent. Had the chicken parm thin sliced cooked just right with fresh mozzarella. Service great. Plan to make this my go to place when in Astoria.

The menu is very simple, but well done. The calamari was fresh and the cream sauces for the pasta were rich and delicious. Portions a bit small on the ravioli but overall the food was good. Similarly, the wine list was straightforward and serviceable. We'll definitely return to eat here, but wouldn't put it in the category of "inventive" or impressive on a date night.

Delicious food and great vibe for a date night, small family gathering, or dinner with a few friends! I wish I discovered this place sooner. I will certainly be going back.

Perfect setting for an intimate meal. The owner was hands-on and the staff was super attentive. The food and wine selection were outstanding. We stumbled upon this neighborhood gem and now can’t wait to make it our regular go-to spot.
