   My wife had the chicken francese after she had the same dish at the Lincoln location a couple mos back and thought this one was not nearly as good - inferior flavor and watery sauce. Makes us wonder if the chef/food at the Lincoln location is better or was it just that dish that night

   The server ( Sheila) was great. The food was an bit over salted. The tables were smaller than usual.

   Waited 45 minutes past my reservation to get seated. even though I was there early and people with earlier reservations that were 10 to 15 minutes late got seated before . Once they called my name, they sat me in the corner of the bar area. There were several patrons at the bar swearing including the bartender.  Waiter was not very attentive. All I kept hearing him say was that he worked 12 hours to multiple tables and he couldn’t wait till his shift was over and could go to the bar. Overall, just very disappointed.

   Food and service were very good. We weren’t a fan of the round tables as there was no room on it. We’ll have to request a square table next time.

   Valentine's dinner. Place was packed and service was slow . . . . . VERY slow. Not sure I could blame our server as might have just been a case of too many customers. My pollo francaise was not in the top 10 best I've ever had. Chicken was pretty dry. Took forever to get a refill on my soda. Don't plan on going back any time soon.

   It was Valentine's Day and we had an early reservation. We were promptly seated upon arriving. From then on, it went downhill. One of the wait staff (I'll call him a pre-waiter) brought us a basket of bread and some dipping oil. I told him I was gluten-free and asked for gluten-free bread (which normally comes from a pizza restaurant next door). He said he would check to see if they had any. He came back and told me they didn't have any. I commenced to tell him that they usually go to the pizza restaurant to get it and he said "sorry, we don't have any" and walked away! When I mentioned it to our waiter, he went next door and got it. We placed our order and it took FOREVER for the food to arrive. As we were sitting there waiting for our food, a line began to form alongside the tables where we were seated and just kept growing. I ask our waiter if that was a line of people without reservations, and he informed me that no, they had reservations but that there was a new chef in the kitchen and that they were falling behind on orders. After being there well over an hour, our food finally arrived and upon eating it, realized that one of the key ingredients was left out of both dishes! The entire time that we were eating, the line of people continued to stand in the isle next to the tables waiting to be seated. This did not make for a pleasant atmosphere. Although it was beyond his control, our wait person was very apologetic for the long wait to get our food. All-in-all, it was not a very pleasant experience, which is too bad because we have eaten there several times in the past and always had a good experience. I don't think that putting a new chef in the kitchen on such a special day as Valentine's Day was a very smart decision!

    I had the ravioli and meatballs which was perfectly cooked and tasted great, my sweetheart had the veal marsala which she liked also. Sheila our server was very friendly and helpful.
