   So happy I got to try this place. I've been seeing it all over TikTok and got a late reservation but we'll worth it. My table was ready 30 minutes early and the service was top notch. I made a note my mom was visiting Chicago for the first time and they personally made her feel welcomed. The food was 10/10. The views from our table was gorgeous. A wonderful way to end my yearly trip to Chicago and my Mom's first visit. Definitely will be back.

   Unpleasant Valentine’s Day Experience at Tre Dita – Disappointing Service & Flavorless Food From the moment we were seated, our server, David, made us feel like an afterthought. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in providing even the bare minimum of decent service. He barely acknowledged us, had a cold and indifferent attitude, and acted as if we were inconveniencing him whenever we asked a question about the menu. He didn’t care to talk about the menu until we asked. Part of the valentines event was a sweet treat to take home with you, David didn’t not make effort to get the to us although we asked. we expected at least a decent level of hospitality but didn’t get that.

   Absolute rip off. Very little food, no real servers or explanation of anything you were eating. Forgotten items. Shared plates but you only got two bites. Clearly a money making night and a reason to not come back here. Awful experience for the price.

   Booked the place almost 2 months in advance, requested a seat atleast next to the window.. again 2 mos in advance i requested that. i know its a special day for everyone but we came early there was a lot of seats available inside and by the window. this lady indian looking who is in charge of the seats decided to seat us one step from the reception area where everyone is walking behind you. I requested twice they rejected until the 3rd time which then she gave me an attitude then requested for me to sit back then finally transferred us to a different table i mean atleast this time by the window. anyway our server was good. food.. average. hostess doesnt even care, no considerations. maybe she didnt have date on valentines. k

   We went last night February 13th for a early valentines dinner our experience was absolutely perfect the food was out standing the staff was so helpful and attentive and nice I cannot wait to go back I highly recommend also don’t skip out on dessert there pastry chef is extremely talented!

   Beautiful atmosphere and decor with incredible views. House music played in the background, the bar is gorgeous and the people are here to see and be seen. Thankfully, the food and service stands up to the see and be seen portion of this experience. Service was amazing, our server was warm, friendly, happy to make suggestions, and funny. We really enjoyed her. The food was delicious - panzanella salad "like summer in a bowl" followed by the wild boar ragu (divinely rich and silky) and then a filete di manzo with parmesan roasted fennel and smashed potatoes. The steak is smoky, with a nice crust on the outside but rare, sweet and tender on the inside. At first, we had FOMO over the pasta, thinking we should have ordered two pastas. Once we had tiramisu for dessert (which was impossibly creamy and rich), we were glad we didn't order a 2nd pasta because we were so full. We ate very well and laughed about it as we rolled out of the St Regis to the car. We had the Blanco Bianco Amargo, a tequila/mezcal drink, and it was divinely crafted with a lovely finish. Everything here is well thought out and carefully executed. I asked our server to surprise me with a glass of red wine suitable for the pasta and steak. She gave me a Barbera, which worked well with the intense richness of the boar and beef. This is a romantic atmosphere, with lots of space and service is such that it allows privacy and the staff understand that. Highly recommend the experience for a date night!
