Formerly know as King Street Trio, TRIO Restaurant is a part of our evolution.

Visit our rejuvenated dining room & experience the best Waterloo Region has to offer. Chef Kyle and his team have been dreaming of ways to excite your palate! From Wagyu beef to the freshest fish & local produce, to our multi-course Tasting Menu, we are thrilled to have you back. Benoit, our restaurant manager, continues to build a wonderful selection of wines from around the world, with particular love for France. Wine pairing is offered with our Tasting Menu or just chose from our consignment focused wine list. Most of our wines are unique to our venue.

Theme nights are offered every two weeks on Wednesday's. These fun & flavour filled nights create an experience that will take you away from France to Mexico to Italy. Our theme nights are available for you every other week on Wednesday's.

    Tasting nights are designed to give the kitchen team the space & opportunity to experiment with new dishes intended for the regular menu & tasting menu. We regret substitutions are not available on Tasting Tuesdays. This 4-course menu will allow you to enjoy our Tasting menu at a lower cost but certainly not a lower quality!

              Had a fantastic 5 course Valentines Day dinner at Trio. Each of the courses were unique and well crafted with fresh and high quality ingredients. The service was exceptional as well and we will definitely be returning to try another tasting menu. Highly recommend!

              We’ve walked by Trio many times and been wanting to try. This valentine’s day we finally got the chance! The food was delicious, each dish comes with part that’s complement each other very well. The host was also super friendly! 10/10 experience

              Service was fantastic. Food was excellent. The price is to be expected for fine dinning. We left feeling the price was more than justified for the excellent service and food made with fresh ingredients.

              Absolutely delicious food with some of the best service I have ever experienced! Our whole table did the tasting menu and couldn’t have been more satisfied, compared to other tasting menus the serving sizes were huge, but didn’t lack any quality. Benoit was our server, and his extensive knowledge of food and wine, kept us involved and entertained! It’s a must visit for nice night out!

              Came to TRIO for a birthday dinner and had a phenomenal time. Every bite of the tasting menu was delicious and the wines perfectly paired. Our server was knowledgable and engaging and made sure we were well taken care of. The service all around was fantastic and the restaurant clearly operates really well. The pace of the meal was great and the portions were super generous. We left super happy (and full!) and will definitely come back!

              This is a fabulous place to eat. The food is beyond fabulous. One of the best meals I've ever had! It's not cheap, but worth every penny!
