About this restaurant

  • Charming
  • Great for scenic views
  • Good for groups
Visit us on Ribbon Ridge, where we have something for everyone!

At Trisaetum Winery, we specialize in Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sparkling wines. Daily, we offer a selection of flights that you can enjoy in our art gallery tasting room or outside on our covered patio, including red and white flight options for $35-45 or our winemaker’s reserve tasting for $65. Or, for a uniquely immersive tasting experience, join us for a private tasting in our barrel cave.

We are also home to Brixeur Spirits, which was started by the team at Trisaetum in 2020. With vodka distilled from estate grapes, gins with locally foraged botanicals, and whiskeys aged in wine casks, our approach to spirits is heavily influenced by our winemaking roots. Spirits tastings are offered in the cottage on weekends, and in the wine tasting room daily.

Due to space limitations, reservations are recommended.
Hours: Monday-Sunday | 10am - 5pm; last seating is 3:30pm

Alice was the best host. The grounds are beautiful, the art and history interesting, and the wine and charcuterie were fabulous. TriSaetum is definitely a must stop every time I visit the area.

The pourer wasn't particularly friendly not did she share a lot of information about the wines. The wines were average at best. It's the only winery we visited all week where we couldn't find a single bottle to purchase. We bought cases of wines elsewhere in the Willamette Valley. There are better options.

We had a wonderful tasting. The covered deck and beautiful view was perfect for a pleasant weekday afternoon. Service was outstanding and the wines were excellent. Charcuterie board was varied and delicious, but could be taken up a notch with small additions (honey, jam, soft cheese?). We had a great time and will look forward to returning soon.

The Brixeur Spirits tasting with Nick was an excellent experience. Not only where the spirits excellent, but Nick did a great job of describing the uniqueness of the botanical infusions and the history behind the liquors and the location. We had a wonderful time and bought 6 bottles!
