This was our first time dining at True Blue and our belated New Year celebration. A great way to kick off 2025. Everything was excellent. I had the Pretty in Pink cocktail , we split a shrimp cocktail, roasted potatoes and the oh so wonderful cauliflower soufflé. We both enjoyed the 6 ounce filet - cooked perfectly and had a great flavor! We finished with coffee and tried both the carrot cake and lemon police cake - both were very good. Service (Andrea) was helpful, attentive and very pleasant. Would highly recommend this restaurant for those special occasions.

The steak, as usual, was the best ever! Service - excellent Ambience is not good - sooooo LOUD, one can’t enjoy being with others, couldn’t hear waitress etc.

Reserved and dined on New Years Eve. The restaurant is lovely and hostesses and waiter were excellent. The food was above average, but I compare all steaks to my favorite small steakhouse in town, and this still rated one notch below. I ordered the lemon caper sauce to dip steak, but was not a fan. The a la carte Caesar salad, potatoes and asparagus were very good, perfectly seasoned and timed. Prices were what I expected. I'd rate the overall experience very good.

TB has very good food and friendly service. It’s a good place to have a bite to eat but the decor, butcher shop, tables close together tend to make it noisy even when far from full. Today with many empty tables they seated us in between full tables. Had to squeeze into our seats. Would enjoy TB more if a bit quieter and more room between tables.

We always love going here but this time was special. We went for our wedding anniversary and the staff made us feel special. From the 72 day dry rub taster to everyone saying happy anniversary. It made this visit extra special. True Blue knows how to do it.

Went for brunch. Excellent wide ranging selection of main dishes and lunch items, generous portions. Consistent quality, a little pricey but worth it. Attentive and professional service. Excellent bar menu. Will not disappoint

Upon arrival we were taken to our table which rocks back n forth. Waiter solved the problem by leveling with putting something under table legs instead of offering another table. Restaurants had five tables in use. One left without making an order. Caesar salad were served with old lettuce browning and chunky stems, to much lemon added. Steak served with too much salt and added salt on the plate did not help. Waiter notified manger (I assume) I was taken back when she stated kitchen staff tasted it and found no problem. I thought my guest taste palate was the one that matter. Tuna I would rate good. For Reservations and price I would expect better.

Have lived in Wilmington for over three years and for some reason had not tried this place. Food quality was excellent. Having a reservation was key for the extremely busy night of our visit. Special thanks to Eric for making our experience top notch.
