True Blue Butcher & Table, the flagship restaurant of the We Are True Blue brands, is located in The Forum in Wilmington, NC. Reflecting global cuisine with a modern American interpretation, Chef Bobby Zimmerman has crafted a menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, quality cuts of steak, an extensive and delicious drink selection, and an impressive butcher counter.

As always, True Blue never fails to disappoint. Smash burgers were fantastic and our service was outstanding ~ from the minute we walked in, we were welcomed and accommodated. Thank You True Blue!

Value for the burger special is fantastic. Overall menu is much more expensive. The food is amazing. We may try steaks next time. Only issue is the restaurant is noisy.

This was our first time here, and the food was incredible, and so was the service. We were celebrating a birthday, and there was a card waiting for us at the table, and the employees had also signed the menu with happy birthday wishes. We will definitely be back!

As always, great staff, food and service. Eli does a wonderful job managing, especially on Wednesday when it’s Smashburger night! Always a crowd and well worth the wait. Smash burgers were, as always, fantastic, beautifully presented on the plate. Summer went out of her way making sure we had everything we needed, always following up with us. Great food and especially a great, outgoing and happy staff making it always a great experience.

We have had nothing but great experiences dining at True Blue. Ely, the manager, goes out of his way to make sure we are accommodated and we are lucky to get Emma as our waitress. Smash burgers are fabulous! Fresh and flavorful, always displayed beautifully on the plate!

This place was amazing. The food and service were superb. Took my husband here for his birthday and we had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a good steak.
