   I’m genuinely disappointed to leave a negative review, as I’ve enjoyed True Food Kitchen at the Domain in the past—but our Mother’s Day experience was truly awful. We waited 40 minutes for our appetizer and then another 40 minutes for our entrees. During that entire time, no one cleared our plates, refilled our water glasses (which were completely empty), or checked in on us. Our one round of drinks remained on the table, and we were never offered another. It seemed like the kitchen was backed up, which can happen—but what made this experience unacceptable was the complete lack of service. Our server never came by. Not once. If the restaurant couldn’t handle the high volume of Mother’s Day reservations, they should have limited bookings. My kids were hungry, thirsty, and ignored. I don’t know if there’s been a change in management, but something has clearly shifted. Based on this recent visit, I would strongly reconsider dining at this location again.

   Ruined Mother’s for my wife and my mom. Our food came out 1.5 hours after we ordered. The hot food was cold and the salads had been sitting for an hour at least. We sent back both salads and left without eating anything. Every other table was experiencing similar disasters. Diners were warning people in line to go somewhere else. The wait staff was lovely but what can you do without food at a restaurant?

   Had to wait for the “restaurant to clear out” before being seated even though we had a reservation and checked in on time. Service was very slow. Food was low quality. This was not my first time at Ture Food but it was my first time at this location. We will not be going back to this location.

   We waited 1 hour, until they told us the kitchen lost our ticket, and they were not even preparing our order. This restaurant is a joke.

   Service was slow or they were understaffed. Appetizers were good, but took too long to order the meal…had to flag down server. Then it took a real long time for food to come out (over :30). The chicken parm and lasagna were burnt but lukewarm warm….weird. The burger was ok. Some of the pasta was undercooked too. We like TF and are ordering again tonight bc of the “no seed oils.” Please do better.

   Espresso machine broken, Bloody Mary was watery and too little quantity, service was very friendly but slow, avocado toast was way too hard/overdone, nice ambience but pretty disappointing experience overall
