If you're in a hurry, you'll be happy with this place. The food is great. I personally felt it was heavy on the Cilantro. But I quickly removed some and enjoyed the rest. What we found annoying was that there were several times that we felt rushed. The waitress came to take our order before we had time to read the menu. We ended up ordering over 3 visits. First drinks and then she was back before the drinks were made and asked if we had decided on food. So we made a quick decision on appetizer. Then when the drinks were delivered, we ordered the main courses. The main courses arrived within 2 minutes of the appetizers. So we had to hurry before they got cold. As soon as one person finished a course, the plate was removed, leaving me feeling like I was holding things up. And then the last straw - they started wiping the table while I was still eating - I mean reaching under my elbow with the wet rag while my fork was in my mouth, leaving the table wet around my plate. That's just rude. I'm hoping the service will get better over time because the food is worth going back to try again. We had the edamame dumplings - very good and definitely enough for 2 to share. The Poke Bowl and Thai Peanut Bowl were also good. And yes, those little red pepper rings are hot. But they are served on top so you can easily try one and remove them if they're too hot for you.

Too many squash dishes. Colleagues didn't like any of them.

I’ve been here a number of times over the years and it was always a really good experience. I went today and it just was not very good at all. I don’t know if the original owners sold out to an inferior company or what happened. None of us thought our food tasted very good, definitely not worth the exorbitant prices. We were seated near a door and one waiter repeatedly burst through the door pushing it into my daughter’s back. They didn’t seem short staffed as there were servers everywhere but our food took quite a long time. All in all it was a disappointing experience and I won’t be going back.

Overall, we thought the food was good. Nothing that wowed us. The service was very slow. We did have a big party. But our waiter came by 4 times for drink orders. We had to ask to order food. And the wait for food was very long. (Over 30 min). With four hungry kids under 8, that was a hard wait. Overall, I think it was ok.

While the our entrées looked appealing they lacked the spices each claimed to have. As an example, the Korean barbecue sandwich lacked any Korean barbecue flavoring. And my spicy hot chicken sandwich lacked any heat. Pricing was a little out of line for the size of the entrées also. Drinks were excellent, but again a little overpriced. However, our server was excellent.

This was our 3rd time here (although the first since the pandemic). We will not return. While one appetizer (guacamole) was phenomenal, the remainder of our meal was not. The rosemary focaccia bread was burnt on one side (I will say the honey butter was good, though). The salmon had what might have been a great thai basil sauce, but they plated the sauce first, then the rice pilaf, and the salmon (bare) on top. The salmon was overcooked, and the rice pilaf absorbed all the sauce. The TFK chicken sandwich was okay, but the bun was stale. The mac & cheese (an upgraded side) was cold; we took that home to reheat and it was bland. The chicken breast used for the chicken parm seasonal special was large -- and probably should have been pounded out a bit more to evenly cook it. The butternut squash pizza had large chunks of squash haphazardly placed on top. While our dining companions said the pizza was good, it just looked like a mess. And to top it off, our waitress brought the wrong bottle of wine. Luckily we noticed before everyone had been served, but still ...

We placed our order with the waitress for food and a glass of wine. The non alcoholic drinks came 15 minutes later, the wine 30 minutes later. The food came 50 minutes after we ordered and it was only chicken sandwiches and salad. We asked for another ice tea and that NEVER came. We have eaten here before and this time the food was substandard compared to the last time. A very disappointing experience

Our server completely forgot about us we sat for an hour without anyone checking on us or even bringing us water before even taking our order. We had to ask the manager about our food multiple times and his solution was to ask if we wanted free guacamole. Multiple tables were seated brought food and left just in the time it took to bring our food. I'd give. This zero stars if possible. I will not be coming back.
