   Horrible …this restaurant eliminated the cook to order steak, croutons for salad , waitress said side veggies steamed they weren’t , grilled chicken rubbery and then she never brought my glass of wine..

   I had the same dish I have had many times. Broccoli was undercooked. Portion was smaller. We had to ask several times for sauces.

   Service was awesome. We were there for 3 hours and were not harassed by the server. He was attentive but not in your face - which we appreciated. Food was fresh and tasty. Overall great experience.

   Got it! Here’s the revised review: True Food Kitchen - Palo Alto ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute must if you’re in Palo Alto! Everything about this dining experience was exceptional. The quality of the food is unmatched, with flavors so fresh and vibrant that each bite feels like a culinary masterpiece. Chef MJ truly outdoes herself, delivering dishes that never disappoint. The service was equally impressive. Our waitress, Fatima, was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Manager Dillion went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect, adding a personal touch that made our evening unforgettable. True Food Kitchen has set a new standard for excellence.    We had a great time as always. The food were delicious, clean and flavorful! Our server, Fatima was very gracious and helpful. I had the seasonal special, Chicken Parmesan- the chicken was perfectly cooked and the spaghetti squash was tasty. My sister had one of our regular favorites, the Meatloaf which was always tender and full of flavor. We also each had the roasted butternut squash soup which always reminds me that the holidays are just around the corner.

   The kitchen staff was using a blender or very loud kitchen gadget to grind up some food during our lunch. And the restaurants acoustics are poor making it very difficult to talk & enjoy the experience since this restaurant attracts families with small children. Service was slow.

   We always enjoy True Foods. Wide variety of menu options and we loved the Fall menu including butternut squash pizza and chicken parm with spaghetti squash. It's a great option in the area!

    This location does not live up to the standard of other True Food locations. Terrible service. Food came out like it had been sitting for a while.
