   We have dined here many times. This was the worst visit that we have had. It took forever to get waited on. Our food was overcooked. The service was poor. The manager was great.

   The food quality is always amazing. Service can be spotty because they’re always understaffed. The team is lively though, they just need more help as I’m sure the servers will burn out. I calculated the tip situation though and I think they do well in that regard so there’s something. Salad portions are small.

   I love True Food because I never have to question the ingredients. Unfortunately, my salmon was dry and not the quality of food I am used to from TF. It tasted like it was maybe previously frozen. Our server was very busy, but he was kind and attentive.

   Always love True Food as it’s our go to for relatively healthy (yet still delicious) restaurant food. I must give a shout out to Brooke who is the sweetest and most delightful server ever! Whenever we go I always request that we sit in her section if she’s working that day. She’s wonderful and makes our dining experience that much better!!

   We came early for brunch and restaurant was not busy yet. Everything went well and we all enjoyed our food.

   We had two allergies in our group and confirmed that with the waitress. Somehow we received food with nuts. This caused an anaphylactic reaction. Very disappointed

    Restaurant was packed and there were lots of people being processed by the hostesses which made them a bit agitated with us showing up a bit early. So she told us to leave and come back in 15 minutes and specifically told us not to linger inside due to the lack of space. It was feeling like 40s and windy outside! Then a different girl checked us in when it was time and scrolled her iPad way down as I spotted my name disappear, I reached to the iPad to show her my name and she snapped at me, telling me not to touch her device, though not raising her voice or glared at me, it’s not pleasant. She only had one small table for us. Waiter took a while to serve us but everything was fine after him showing up. The reception incident is a recurring issue except this time they were very busy.
