We usually have a wonderful dinner at True Foods in Reston. The last 2 times we have been there, the food was not hot. We discussed with the manager.

Food was the menu had changed and the bison pizza is not nearly as good as it used to be. The noodle bowl was a lot more sauced than normal and quite small for $20. There was a butternut squash soup, which was terrible. I really like true foods will come again, but this was a poor experience. Server did a great job. The food was not at the caliber I expect from true foods.

We brought our friends and we were all impressed. The lasagna was low calorie and delicious. I had the Grain Bowl which was tasty. Service was efficient, but the room stayed pretty cold on an evening when it was cold outside.

My wife and felt that the food was good but the interior of the restaurant did not suggest that it was a warm and cozy place to dine and the metal chairs never did warm up while we ate our dinners. My friend and I got the veggie burger and the squash casserole. The squash casserole looks like a side and didn’t have any real flavor, other than cheese and tomato sauce. The burger was a bit better, but we could not really figure out any of the ingredients in the actual burger… $18 for each of these entrées is a lot.
