Had a very nice dinner there with a friend. I go there often because I like the healthy choices and the different types of bowls and salads. Service is always good there

True Food Kitchen always provides great ambiance, delicious foods, and friendly customer service. I enjoy ordering a refresher (Kale Aid) with my meal. My work lunch was great and my guests appreciated the thoughtful consideration in restaurant selection.

Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks, which came promptly and as ordered. So many great options, which means a lot when you have to eat gluten free, as I do. Lots of vegetarian options too. Beef and air fried chicken are excellent.

Unfortunately it is very apparent that they cut the portion size down (#shrinkflation). I’m all for reducing portions but it was a bit ridiculous
