   We had a 7:00 pm reservation. After 15 minutes of waiting for someone to acknowledge us and come to our table, we flagged a lady checking tables and asked her to tell whoever was assigned to our table to please stop by. After another 10 minutes we got up and asked for a manager. We told the man who identified himself as the manager we were leaving since no one had ever approached us or acknowledged us in any way, though many servers passed us multiple times. He apologized but never asked where we were seated. We left at 7:27 pm. We frequently go to True Foods and this has never happened before.

   Outside was very nice and noise level no problem. More active if sitting inside.

   We got seated right away and service was great. The drinks and food came out fast/in a timely manner. Drinks and food were amazing as always!

   We dined on Valentine's Day & overall they were really on their game. That in itself really impressed me considering the challenges such a holiday can present. Our server Jane was excellent. Food & drinks were also great. Patio has a very nice ambience & with heaters going we were comfortable.

    It’s been a few years since I’ve been to True Food but it was great. I had the teriyaki rice bowl and added salmon, it was delicious. My girlfriends had the Ancient Grain bowl and Korean noodle bowls, they were both very happy. This is always a very busy place and noisy as expected. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to returning soon!
