   We Love TFK but it took a while for the server to come to take our order but the worst part was that there were a long list of things they were out of. This is very strange for a restaurant and doesn't give the customers much confidence. The food we got was okay but there were a few wrong things that occurred. I got potatoes instead of salad and I ordered a gluten free bun and it wasn't GF. Besides all that there were even some healthy drinks that were not available. I guess there is a new chef and an ordering problem but it's just not a good look for this restaurant.

   I usually really enjoy dining at this restaurant, but unfortunately this visit was a miss. They were out of quite a few menu items—annoying, but not a dealbreaker. What really stood out was the inconsistency in the food and drinks. I ordered the spicy pineapple margarita, which had no spice and didn’t taste like it had any tequila in it at all. My husband asked for a Manhattan and instead was served their smoky bourbon cocktail (which he didn’t order). We both got the grass-fed tenderloin, medium rare. Mine came out well done, while his was nearly raw—so rare that his mashed potatoes were red from the blood. We barely touched our meals, but the server hardly checked on us and didn’t ask how anything was. Even when we declined to-go boxes, there was no follow-up or concern. We didn’t complain—we paid and left. But for a $150 meal, it was incredibly disappointing. We ended up having to go eat somewhere else afterward. I hope this was just an off night, but it really left a bad taste this time.

   Hadn’t been here in a long time. Weren’t sure that we like it. Saw an ad that enticed us to try again. We absolutely love it from the vibe, service and food all outstanding. Prices were reasonable for such good food. Lots of variety in food choices. We both ordered the meat loaf on a bed of mashed potatoes with mushrooms and carrots. All excellent! My husband asked if he could sub sweet potato for mashed potatoes. Accommodated nicely.

   We had fun introducing family and friend to TFK. Service was good. She came and replenished water twice without disrupting us. Ok, it was a Friday… And you did not have kale aid?! What?  Secondly, I ordered the seasonal salad. Everything was fresh except the shrimp. I know, you have to cool it down to put it on the salad, which would not have bothered me if it was warm, but it was like it sat out too long. The shrimp was hard and dry, and had little to no flavor to it. Other than that, we all loved the cauliflower appetizer. Our guests really enjoyed it. However, the restaurant is loud because there’s nothing soft inside to absorb the sound. However, there are restaurants that are louder. For people over 60 (all four of us) we could still manage to hear each other. We are big fans of TFK, Dr. Weil and his chefs. 😘

   Very poor service, long wait time for food, did not clear off dirty dishes between servings, did not follow up on anything including the mistake on the bill.

   Food has gone downhill. The Margarita pizza was bland and under seasoned. The floorless chocolate cake was weird tasting. Kale salad and I added salmon was just ok. What happened?

   The charred cauliflower was not charred- it had some red sauce. The only 2 vegetarian dishes were not available- real disappointment because 1/3 of our group is vegetarian! Will not go again for a very long time!!

    Past few times we have been the service has been very slow. We finished eating and it took an extra 30 mins after just to be able to pay and leave. Very frustrating.
