   I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The noise level was low - moderate. We sat outside to enjoy the lovely weather on November 11 at 1:30pm. I ordered the That Peanut Noodle dish with chicken. It was perfect after I added another serving of the peanut sauce. Thank you!

   Although our waiter was very good and considerate, we waited longer than other costumers for a waiter to come over and help us . The hostess were rude and it felt like an uncomfortable situation going up to them and having to explain that it had been 10 mins & they didn’t even realize no one was helping us until I told them. “ I will go look for your waiter” as they stood there chitchatting the entire time.

   We ordered the same items but noticeably salad ingredients were not consistent in both the components and amount that provide the excellence of the item. Our server seem relatively new in the job with exceptional attempts to provide above and beyond service.

   I've always appreciated True Food Kitchen for its commitment to healthy, sustainable dishes, but my recent visits have left me disappointed. One recurring issue stands out: the Sourdough Focaccia, a dish I've eagerly wanted to try, has never been available. It's listed on the menu as a staple, but every time I visit, I'm met with the same excuse—either they’ve run out, or it’s unavailable that day. After a few attempts, it almost feels like a bait-and-switch. Why keep something on the menu if it’s seemingly never served? Another issue that’s been hard to ignore is the inconsistent service. During some visits, the staff has been attentive and friendly, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. However, on other occasions, I’ve encountered slow service, forgotten items, and a general lack of attention. When I’ve tried to address these issues with management, the response has been indifferent at best. It seems like they don't really care to resolve these problems or even offer a simple apology. True Food Kitchen still has great food, but these recurring issues make it hard to recommend, especially when you feel like the management isn’t invested in improving the customer experience. It’s a shame because this place has so much potential.

   Cocktails are expensive & overpriced- disappointing that had to request for garnish to a cocktail that is almost $20 in price- sloppy. The food quality is good and staff are friendly.

   We stopped in for brunch. edamame dumplings were very good. Cocktails were very good. service was great! waffles were and breakfast burger were okay, but not great.

    Gabe was a fantastic server!! Gave us some great recommendations and made sure to ask if we were there for a concert or girls' night out so that he could make sure he got our order in quickly. Its my third time here within 3 weeks and will definitely be back again.
