   Comfortable restaurant with an open and airy vibe. The menu has enough variety without being overwhelming. The grilled salmon is a reliable favorite.

   We’ve always enjoyed Truffles in the past, but I don’t think we will be returning. The service was terrible, despite the restaurant being only about half occupied. After we ordered our drinks, we waited over a half hour for them to be brought to the table. They were immediately followed by our dinners - it would have been nice to enjoy our drinks for at least a few minutes. My mahi was very thin, dry, and fried, despite being described as baked on the menu. While the mahi was hot, the potatoes were cold, making them inedible. All in all, a very disappointing meal.

   Service was very good. Food was good. I felt that the menu was slightly limited for choices. My husband ordered the flank steak and wasn't asked about meat temperature and it was definitely medium rare (which I was fine with!) and he likes his meat well done. Otherwise everything was great!

   A hidden gem in B-town. All of the dishes we ordered were wonderful. The Miller Farms roasted chicken was outstanding as was my daughter’s Wagu burger and my husband’s filet. The Watermulen and Manhattan cocktails were excellent. Will definitely return here next time we visit B-town.

   We were seated quickly but over by the bar. The goat cheese appetizer was great. Three of us got steaks and all were cooked well. The fries were good and my wife said the mashed potatoes were excellent. The desserts were very good also. The food is pricey but all in all it was a very good meal. The restaurant is open and a little noisy but the two tables over by the bar are louder. If you have your choice, try to sit further away from the bar for a quieter atmosphere.

   Food was fabulous! Atmosphere isn’t fancy but my entire party of 8 loved their meals!

   My wife and I had oysters, cavatappi, scallops, and desserts. All were delicious. Service was great.

   Called to increase the number of people and the lady on the phone said after holding a bit that they could accommodate at 8:30 I called to confirm and the man who answered said no that all employees were told no more large parties and she was wrong So after confirming with my party they said no that person was mistaken with zero accountability on their part and no attempt to make it right

    Food was generally very good with a few tweaks would be fantastic….like the veg was over cooked. Staff really struggled with alcohol drinks, knowing what they had, what they didn’t and providing timely responses. Our server was new and was learning which was acceptable but struggled taking and remembering orders. The place was pretty empty so had no real ambiance, but could imagine it would when busier. Nice place, food was good, service needs improvement and a little over priced, but despite that, we would go back again to give it another chance
