Since 2010, Tuck Shop has become a neighbourhood institution thanks to their preparation of refined yet comforting dishes offered graciously by a hospitality team recognized for their attentiveness and warmth. Their seasonal menu, inspired by a range of cuisines to highlight the best in regional ingredients, reflects a commitment to fine dining standards - equally demonstrated by their solicitous service in an unpretentious atmosphere. Ideal for special occasions, dinner with friends, colleagues or clients, or even an impromptu evening out, there is sure to be something for everyone with a knowledgeable team to guide you through their specialty dishes, like fresh shucked oysters, or their extensive wine list . Tuck Shop is also available to catering events or can be rented out for private parties. Please note that when booking outdoors our patio areas are heated and covered, but we cannot guarantee alternate seating in case of inclement weather.

    Always fantastic, our go to place, perfect for any occasion, staff are friendly and always get everything right..food is delicious and amazing fresh in ingredients but also in look and taste. Just great!

    Five stars all around. Absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, this was an unforgettable dining experience. The Chef’s Counter seating was a highlight—being able to watch the kitchen in action and pick up on the chefs’ seamless communication added an entirely new level of appreciation to the meal. Service was flawless. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food and drinks they were serving. Great cocktails and a thoughtfully curated wine list elevated everything. Every dish was a masterpiece. Perfectly balanced flavors, stunning presentation, and an obvious dedication to quality ingredients. The ambiance tied it all together—warm, inviting, refined. Top to bottom, this was probably the best meal I’ve had in the city. If you’re looking for a truly special dining experience, Tuck Shop is it.

    Alors que j’étais un grand admirateur du Tuck Shop, y ayant été plusieurs fois dans un contexte personnel et professionnel, j’ai été très déçu par ma plus récente visite. Les plats ne nous ont pas été présentés. La température des plats était froide. Il s’agissait d’un menu spécial pour la St-Valentin. Or, rien n’était “spécial” en soit. Il ne slaggissait que de la formule habituelle mais avec une table d’hôte plus chère qu’à l’habitude car il s’agissait d’un “événement spécial”. Nous avons choisi le service de caviar. Toutefois, au lieu d’être servi avec des blinis comme annoncé sur le site web, le caviar nous a été servi avec de la pâte à chou. Très déçu de ne pas avoir eu de blinis, surtout considérant le prix payé pour déguster un tel produit de luxe. Je devrai malheureusement y repenser plusieurs fois avant de retourner au Tuck Shop. Le restaurant a été délogé de ma liste de meilleurs restaurants à Montréal en raison de ma plus récente expérience.

    Very bad experience. I understand it was valentines day but it shouldn’t be an excuse for them to offer very mediocre value for price paid of $95 fixed menu per person. I don’t care if it’s expensive but there needs to be value and enough food in the plate to justify such price. It was honestly insulting what we got for that amount of money and on top of that the service was very, very bad. We were being rushed into finishing our plates and the tone was not cordial at all. We were the last service of the night so I understand waiters were likely tired but they shouldn’t be accepting late bookings if waiters are going to be that unpleasant.

    Absolutely phenomenal!! Start to finish an unbelievable experience, even from the bar. I had heard a lot of recommendations and the experience was far exceeded. 10/10 would come back again.
