    I booked a table for two for lunch for my first visit here (also my guest’s first visit). There is a very nice and varied menu from which to choose. The food was excellent. We had a nice table for two. It was really busy as it was the week before Christmas so service was a bit slow but still okay. The real issue is parking as there is not enough. We will come back but in less busy times.

    I've been to Turtle Jack's several times in the past and have been very satisfied. This visit, my main felt a bit too cool and favor not as pleasant as the past. Still not ready to give up on the place. Maybe just a bad night.

    Our waitress Brianna was wonderful. Very accommodating and attentive.The food was great and the menu had something for everyone. Definitely will be returning.

    Sadly, we were very unhappy with the service, food and ambience. We had been several times before but because of our waitress we will not be returning!

    I made reservations online. I came a little early and our table was ready. The hostess said who the waitress was going to be and even explain the menu. The waitress came over immediately introduced herself and the specials and asked for drinks. We sat in a booth in the bar. The seating was very comfortable. Both of our dinners were very good. Our waitress was excellent. She was very friendly and made suggestions with the menu. Overall a great experience.

    Overall my experience was good. It'a a nice looking restaurant with good spaced out seating. The service was excellent, timely and very friendly. The food was pretty standard, to be fair I had the nachos and mac and cheese. I was hoping for my mac and cheese to be more creamy and cheesy than it was but it was tasty. My only issue was my husband and I waited almost 8 minutes before being acknowledged and we had a reservation. In saying all of that, I would definitely return.

    The service was amazing. Our server, Natalie, was friendly and very efficient. The food was very tasty. There is a great variety of options on the menu. We have been several times and have not been disappointed.
