all of our food was cold and the manager ignored us. a manager did finally come over and comped us 10;00 gift card. i’m giving mine away will never go back

Typical Saturday evening in Tyler with everyone wanting to dine out. Wed gone to another popular restaurant who did not take reservations and the waitlist was over an hour long. I was able to jump on The Table app and make reservations at Twelve for 15 minutes later which gave us just enough time to drive there and we were seated immediately, which is super helpful when one of the cherished members of our group was a two year old.

We totally enjoyed our evening at Twelve. Stacy was our server, and she was outstanding! Pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Just perfect. Ambiance was great. We both had chicken and salads, and got a dessert to go. Everything was cooked to perfection. Prices are almost ridiculously low. Outstanding restaurant.

We had a table of 10 on NYE. Our server did a great job and took very good care of all our needs, in spite of a full room and lots of noise. We had a great meal and a good time. Well done.

I love the reasonable pricing in such an upscale atmosphere. The food was good. My only complaint is the potatoes were really salty. Other than that amazing restaurant and experience!

Wonderful night - our waitress, Stephanie, was a doll. She was attentive, not pushy and so kind. Started with Calamari and spinach/artichoke dip. Had Salmon, Steak, and fried shrimp. All was delicious! Love the menu. Will be back… soon!
