   Upmarket restaurant with great service, good cocktail and great food. 8oz steak and raviolo was delicious The waiter was very polite and friendly

   Interesting and charming venue, like walking into a different age. Staff very friendly and attentive. Cocktails excellent, wine list acceptable. Food was ok, not great. Monk fish was so so, scallops in a heavy sauce. Ribeye edible but far from the best.

   Great service. Food was lovely, allergies and preferences catered for with outstanding care. Only criticism was that it was a bit cold in the restaurant , but then it was January. Fantastic views of the city. Whole experience was top notch.

   Le lieu était splendide ! Le service impeccable ! La nourriture était excellente, nous avons pris le menu de Noël et tout était délicieux ! Des petits crackers étaient disposés sur la table avec une petite attention pour les clients ce qui était appréciable !!

   Ordered 5 champagne afternoon teas .they had no champagne even though booked in August . Offered proscecco instead .really disappointed

   Lovely, as always! Only one minor complaint though, main course was a tad on the cool side, needed to be piping hot, but apart from that, the standard was the usual high!

    Have dietary requirements that had been confirmed in advance. Chef told Restauant manager he couldn’t cater for me at 7.45pm after we were sitting at table trying to order food. I asked what I could have without onion family, no red meat or dairy. looking at menu I mentioned if I had the cod and veg and no sauce that would be ok as no onions or garlic. Restaurant manager fed this back to chef who decided he could do this. Sort of began to spoil our evening having to do chefs job especially when I had completed online form with my requirements as requested. They then checked system and found my completed requirements there. Therefore, why ask customers to complete when it’s not read? Also 2 main cod meals and 2 glasses of wine £88.50! Overly priced and chef not very accommodating. Waiting staff pleasant and tried their best. It’s a shame though as we specifically booked Twenty Princess Street as they advertised they catered for dietary requirements. I am only intolerant to onion family not allergic so if you have a requirement speak to manager before booking rather than just completing the online form. I feel cheated as this should have been an enjoyable experience not a stressful one and was too late to leave and go elsewhere.
