   We had brunch, the eggs were overdone, the toast was not toasted, the sausage was leather and way over cooked. Mimosas were good. Our waitress seemed to need some direction/help because she was erratic, leaving mid sentence and entirely not listening at times. The seats were peeling and the tables looked disheveled when we came in. It took 45 minutes to get more than 1 spoon for a table of 4, that ordered 4 coffees.

   It was wonderful! My mother enjoyed her birthday breakfast and my younger sister got to try something new. The coffee was excellent and my mother loved the omelette she got. French toast was also incredible.

   We had a fantastic time. The food and service was great thanks to our wonderful server. Laughlin. It was my wife’s birthday and he was friendly and took great care of us the entire time.

   First time trying TWH, picked off google while looking for a restaurant before a show at the Conrad theater. Lovely restaurant, great service. I would definitely go back to try other menu items that caught my eye

   Very lovely. Minimal vegetarian options, unfortunately. The cocktails were fantastic.

   This was unfortunately the worst dining experience myself and the 3 other people I dined with have ever had. We visited on a saturday and our reservation was at 7:30. Our server didn't greet us until 25 minutes after we had been seated, and only after the table next to us told her we had been waiting longer than them. We placed our entire order since we had plenty time with the menus and our drinks took about another 20-25 minutes. Our apps were a bit quicker and we enjoyed the goat cheese dip but not the calimari, it's texture was very strange, we made jokes it was 'beyond calimari' because of how odd the texture was. The table beside us said they also were weirded out by it and the fact that it was like eating tofu and didn't even taste like seafood. Our mains did not come until about 9:20-9:30. There was a lot of time between when we finished our apps and our table was cleaned to when they arrived. We were given an extremely undercooked burger, a steak that was requested to have nothing on it but came covered in sauce, and a club sandwich with extremely hard bread. Once finally speaking to a manager they re made our burger which took so long that we ended up getting it to go and asking for our bill. Our server seemed very sorry for the entire experience and explained the short staffing issue for the night but at the same time it was just very unfortunate to have such a bad experience in a place we've enjoyed in the past. Between the quality of food and the amount of time we waited between courses or to be greated (or even to just be given water) was wildy bad. The manager did not seem interested in making things better or offering a solution, in general just not receptive to the fact that we had extremely raw and just not edible food which just doesn't help get people to come back after an unfortunate dining experience. Hopefully the next time there's events the restaurant is staffed appropriately.

   We always had a great dinner that this restaurant, but a large table of 17 came with out a res and the Kitchen probably got over loaded. 1.5 hours for my main course, our friend meal come before my app, all came at very different time. I can say the service was good, but again, lots of new faces and maybe just really un organized. By the time I got my main, I was not even hungry

    We had a wonderful experience, four adults and two small children. Our waitress was wonderful. Kind and efficient, she made a great experience even better. The food was delicious. Our cocktails were yummy. Perfect experience!
