   The word 'martini' is in the name. Not impressed with the martini, which is sad because I had been looking forward to it since I made the reservation. They were 'out of' the gin I asked for, although there were several bottles of it on the display shelves that I could see from my seat. Seriously? The one I settled on was delivered in a glass half full. If you're going to fill your martini glasses half full, use a smaller glass so it at least appears like your customers are getting their money's worth. As for dinner, the plate was cold, and the veggies were cold. The $39 salmon was room temp as was the rice. When we ordered the appetizer (calamari with undercooked batter sliding off) the waitress asked what we would like for dinner. I asked her "If we order now, can you make sure we have time to finish our appetizer before you bring out the dinner? I like to finish one course before the next one is served." "Of course, no problem," she assured us. I'm not sure how long our dinner sat in the window but as I said, it was cold. Very disappointed. Lots of competition in the area.

   We really enjoyed the food and drinks—everything was well-prepared and tasted great. The location is absolutely beautiful, right on the waterfront with gorgeous views that definitely elevate the atmosphere. That said, for what we got, the prices felt a bit high. The portions and presentation didn’t quite match the cost, and while the experience was good overall, it didn’t feel like we were getting top-tier value for the price point. Our server was solid—no issues at all. They did their job well, but there wasn’t anything particularly memorable or exceptional in the service that stood out. All in all, it was an enjoyable outing, and we appreciated the setting and quality of the meal—but the overall experience may not fully justify the price for us.

   Twiggs is one of my most favorite places to have a meal with friends but last Sunday I had the worst cob salad I've ever had. My friend had a pizza and I had a bite, it was great. My salad was limp and missing many of the listed ingredients. I hope it was just a one time fluke.

   An enjoyable meal. The brisket burger was amazing as were the curl fries. Nice view of the river, and overall a very pleasant meal/outing with friends. I grew up in Vancouver and returning to visit. The waterfront has undergone a transformation and Twigs Bistro is a nice addition to the restaurant scene on the waterfront.

   The food was horrible. My bun was BURNT and they had to remake it after waiting for a long time. Fries are very salty. Food came out slow. I would not be coming back again. The server was great but besides that food is just horrible

   We have a party of 8 on a busy Saturday night. They were wonderful in getting us seated, and our wait staff was very attentive, even during such a busy night. That area by the waterfront is amazing and the views at sunset were perfect for a group picture. The food was fabulous, and the choices were plenty. I had a glass of the house wine and found it very smooth. We would definitely go there again on our next visit to Vancouver.

    Loved our server. We have had Noah several times and he is always attentive. Food was hot and delicious. Drinks were delicious!
