First time trying Twisted Pye and I was pleasantly surprised! The Pizza dough, chef's kiss! I had the BBQ chicken pizza which I think is called something else on the menu but it was delicious. Definitely going back to try other things. Others in my party tried the oxtail egg rolls & oxtail pizza. It did NOT disappoint.

Our first time at Twisted Pye. Upon entry the space was nice, greeter was polite BUT the music was so loud we almost walked back out. We were seated quickly and after about 20 minutes server came over to greet us and got us drinks. She was a sweetheart. Drinks were decent + strong for a Happy Hour drink, oxtail egg rolls were amazing and the pizza was tasty. But again, that music was so loud it was legit hurting my ears. My husband even measured the decibels and it was almost at 90 decibels. It was also a bit warm in there. Overall because of those oxtail egg rolls, we would return but that music should NEvER be blaring that loudly where I have to scream at the waiter and my husband while trying to have a conversation. Nor should i experience pain in my ears because of the music levels.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The place had a cheap, uninviting look, and the overall atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming from the start — the hostess was seated when we arrived and didn’t seem particularly attentive. The food didn’t help matters. The chicken wings were subpar — lacking flavor and freshness — and the chicken pasta was bland and poorly prepared. Definitely not worth the price. Tables were packed tightly together, offering little to no personal space, and there were no booth seating options available. To top it off, the music was loud, unedited, and full of foul language — not something you want to hear during a meal, especially if you’re trying to relax. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be returning.

The bartender was AWESOME! Very attentive and professional! We would come back just for her! Even though her shift was about over she stayed and made sure we were ok.. even the cook came out and made sure the food was ok.

I hate the fact that so many people had a terrible experience here. Ive visited twice and have enjoyed both times. One with a party and the other for a date night. This was a Friday night at 9pm and it was busy, but not overcrowded. They had tables open outside which helped with spreading people out. Our server was AMAZING! Management was attentive and checking in on everyone as best they could. The food can take a minute depending on *what* you order BUT overall, there are TV's inside, music playing and a nice outside area as well. I would suggest a visit!

This was my second time dining here and the experience the second time was even worse than the first. We had a reservation and wasn’t seated until 20 minutes past our reservation time. We were seated for 15 minutes before our drink order was taken. We waited over an hour for our food. We ordered a kids meal, bbq pizza and 2 orders of wings. The order was incorrect and the pizza was very burned. They said they would remake it. The wings came out fine the second time; but the pizza was still burnt with missing toppings. After raising our concerns again and requesting a manager, the manager offered to comp the meal for the inconvenience. We were also provided plastic silverware to eat with which was disappointing.

This is great and convenient if you live close, but I have been here multiple times now, and every time, the experience has declined. The service is horrible, and waitresses are disorganized, and the wait for your food is so long. On 2 occasions, there were waitresses eating while serving you. If you ask questions, you will receive a response with an attitude. I ordered twisted bread for an appetizer, and when the food came out, I asked about the bread, and she said they burned it and was remaking it. We ate our entrees and never got the bread, nor did she mention it . We also ordered cocktails, and it went from glass to plastic cups. This place is beautiful and food is good when you actually receive it but because of the service I would not go here again.

Great environment ! I had my grandchildren and they loved the food! Especially the pizza. We definitely will return soon. The service was amazing.

The worse service I have literally had in years .The waitress literally took my order and that’s it she did bring my drink about 15 mins later after she went got her food from the kitchen and placed it at her table after that nothing. My friends and I were looking for her after about 39 or 40 mins she was still sitting in the front window eating her chicken and on her phone ,she had not came to check on us to give us an update on what was going on nothing … I then asked for a manager who came over I explained to him then she put her chicken down comes over and says oh I had not forgotten bout you I just did not want to keep coming over and letting you know what was going on with your food .. huh ?10 mins later after speaking to the manager I had my food .. but I had been waiting almost and hour for her while she at and surfed social media … not only that when I explained to her of the food was gonna take longer or if it’s a hold time (on the same wings she was eating in the front window )communicate that with us but she proceeded to give off a very nasty attitude. Though the manager gave my food for free I will not be going back .If this the type of service they offer they should have kept it closed .
