   Caesar was excellent with order taking and cocktails. Lalo was very engaging and helped us celebrate birthday with very tasty tres leches cake…thank you! Happy Hour value is great!

   The ceviches and aguachiles are amazing! Interesting and very tasty choices for mains and lovely wine options. Our guests enjoyed the unusual and yummy cocktails.

   Tzuco has become our go-to place for a splurge dinner out when visiting Chicago. The menu is grounded in tradition, but inventive - that’s especially true of the (substantial) starters. I’m still thinking about the mussels a day later. And the pulpo. And, well, everything. Oh, and definitely order the pibil cocktail! Service is warm, helpful and professional. They really, really want you to enjoy your meal.

   Our waiter /Bartender somehow Forgot immediately after asking that my daughter was allergic to seafood and nuts! He remembered that she was allergic to sesame seeds only. He didn't mention nor did the menu mention the shared appetizer had almonds in the sauce and of course she got sick and ruined the meal. She was not able to eat her entree because of the allergic reaction. He said he didn't hear or realize it but repeated it to us and appeared to write it down and advised against an entree later because it had sesame. It was a Big Surprise later about the nuts and seafood but they Comped Nothing! I had to ask if they were going to adjust the check. They did. Only taking off the appetizer. He also forgot the tortillas for her entree and said she should have Reminded Him! Like it's our job to know the Menu! Jc... Terrible experience we've been there 3x now and that's it we're done with Tzuco. The first 2 were good but this was too much. On a slow night to be so bad and really not that gracious. And risk the health of my daughter?!$&@
