A bar concept located on the 2nd floor from Chef Tyson Cole that incorporates elements of Uchi & expands that into a cocktail experience. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

    Am I the only one who thinks the Uchiba experience has been slowly declining to r past 18 months? I keep "giving it another shot" hoping the last experience was an anomaly but the Sushi quality just isn't what it use to be

    We love going during happy hour. Great food and prices. Dishes do sell out and be ready to order most of what you want right away, as it can take awhile for dishes to make it to the table.

    Uchiba is a staple stop in uptown Dallas in which we visit frequently. We enjoy happy hour and the casual atmosphere that separates itself from uchi. The variety of dishes provides an excellent experience. As always I will be returning in the future!

    Wow, my partner and I were blown away! Nearly every small plate we ordered exceeded our expectations. Dishes like the chicken thigh skewers, shrimp skewers, and salmon belly nigiri were simple yet delicious. Our favorite was the chicken katsu bao, which we had to get a second time! The seared scallops dish took the longest, but it was honestly the most delectable serving of scallops I ever had because of the sauce underneath (and I’m a HUGE fan of scallops). We ended the night with a chocolate cake and chocolate ice cream combo that we wouldn’t normally get, but I was so happy we did because that cake was so moist! I will say that I thought each item was on the pricey side since they were small plates, but I didn’t regret ordering any of them once they came out. I can’t wait to go back to Uchibā Dallas!
