   Umiya Sushi has been our go-to spot since we moved to Vegas in 2013, and no other place in the valley even comes close! The service is consistently outstanding...fast, friendly, and welcoming. The food is always top-notch, and their new drink menu offers something for everyone. No matter the distance, we’ll happily make the drive across the valley for Umiya Sushi!

   Perfect experience and food. Had reservations and was seated right when we got there. Food was out fast and they came around multiple times asking if we wanted to order more since we did the dinner buffet. Very good experience and food.

   Great food, a little disappointed that they charge extra on Presidents’ Day, didn’t see that coming until I paid the bill. But it’s a good restaurant with great sushi.

   Amazing Sushi and Exceptional Service! Umiya is hands down the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to! The quality and freshness of the sushi are unmatched, with every bite bursting with incredible flavor. Whether you're a fan of classic rolls, sashimi, or specialty creations, Umiya delivers perfection on every plate. Beyond the food, the service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, attentive, and truly goes the extra mile to ensure a fantastic dining experience. The ambiance is also great—clean, welcoming, and perfect for enjoying an unforgettable meal. If you're a sushi lover, Umiya is a must-visit. I can't recommend it highly enough!

    GREAT VALUE AYCE We love this place! The sushi is always fresh and the amount of rice in nigiri selections is less than anywhere else in town. They also have a large selection of non-sushi items which includes some you don’t often see in sushi bars. Try their cold tofu, their short rib appetizer, or their tempura. They also have some broiled fish like salmon or yellowtail collar and of course lots of fried food options. The service here is amazing. They check in on you very often and food runners bring your food very quickly. The price is well worth it too and they take reservations through Open Table. There are only two downsides. It a very noisy room with loud music and a typically raucous crowd and the restrooms are single entry, unless you have a very close partner! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
