This is our family’s favorite sushi in all of Vegas. It’s elite! The variety and deliciousness will not disappoint. Also extremely friendly and welcoming service.

I decided to give Umiya a try as I often see they have a line. I'm typically not a huge fan on AYCE because I prefer a more traditional sushi experience but when you have a carload of hungry people it's a nice option. I enjoyed the quality and size of their nigiris, nice size fish with a morsel of rice to easily pop in my mouth. Though my friend thought the amount of rice was too small, I loved it because it allows me to sample more nigiris and rolls without getting prematurely full. They had some wonderful rolls with vegetarian options and I appreciated that not every roll was smothered in the sweet eel sauce. Huge roll menu as well as other non-sushi dishes; the main thing they were lacking was a dessert selection (ice cream and ice cream bars only) but other wise easy reservation system, fast and friendly service, great value.

Vanessa, our server was outstanding. Each time we go to eat at the restaurant she usually helps serve out food. She brings positive energy and is always approachable. The food is always good. Only downside is the music can be a little loud. But overall the restaurant is a must when I come down to Vegas for work.
