Food was so good, especially the meatballs. Service was great and the manager (I forgot his name I’m sorry) went above and beyond to make us feel special. Thank you!

My gnocchi was brought to the table at least 5 minutes before the other meals (pizza), it was only warm, not hot and was kind of dropped down at the other end of the table - not even set before a guest, just at a blank spot. Beer and cider came out, I had to wait for my cocktail. Had to ask twice for parmesan. Staff gave the impression they were rushed but the place didn't seem overly full. My guests said the pizza waa great and my gnocchi tasted good. I would try again, especially if I was offered a discount for my disappointing evening.

Food is delicious as always. Love my 4-maggi pizza. Service wasn’t up to par as 2 of our drinks came out quite late, only a few mins before food. Also the food for 4 of us was served at different times. Pizza came out first, then my husband’s pasta. We waited a good 5 mins or so for my daughter in law’s shrimp pasta so the rest of our food got cold as we waited for everyone to have their meal before starting to eat. I appreciated the caramel pot de creme as a birthday dessert. It was delicious. Please note that I had to ask if they do anything for birthdays when the server asked if we wanted our bill. Also, normally birthdays are a big deal at most restaurants and a server would say happy birthday or put a candle in the dessert. But in our case the dessert was just dropped off in the middle of the table. I felt like they thought I lied about my birthday to get a free dessert. I would have shown id to prove that june 20 was my actual bday as I felt like it was an ordinary meal out with the family and not my milestone birthday. As much as I love UNA and the food, I would not recommend it for any special occasions. I would recommend it as a normal night out.

One of the best Italian places in Calgary! Make sure to try the fried garlic bread with the tomato sauce!!! It’s the best appetizer I have ever had!

Went early 4:45pm and got there during happy hour. Yeah!! Had pepperoni pizza, which the expert hubby said was a good one. I enjoyed arancini. Cute place, but was getting louder as it got busier
