Great first time experience, staff were attentive and friendly. Food and coffee delicious, and great look and feel sitting inside. Only downside was that it was incredibly cold, the front door was wide open on a typical Melbourne winter morning, we sat near the windows which had a heater above but was not turned on. Appreciate utility costs have gone up, but. Will definitely come back, just not on a cold day.

Food was great as always, took friends who hadn’t been before & they loved it especially the fact that while there was music playing we could hear each other talk unlike so many places. They also thought the food was great & definitely value for money. Will be going back for sure.

Great location in Richmond, easy street parking (Sunday). Food and coffee were both up to the high standards we Melbournians expect...but don't always find. Nice inner city ambiance. Quiet enough to have a pleasant chat but not so quiet as to be distracted by other conversations in the room. Lovely, helpfull, respectful staff. Nice Merch selection, including some Barista tools. I was initially annoyed at the reservation only policy but that was easy to do online and after my visit I'm now a convert. The only opportunity for improvement would be a small tweaking to the floor staff:Customers ratio. Otherwise, well done. I'll be back.

Such a lovely cafe! Servers were very friendly; however not as attentive as we’d hope given that the cafe was quiet when we got there.

Great staff, service and venue, but the food just doesn't stack up unfortunately. Three people in our group had The Big Easy and unfortunately the brisket was really tough / dry and the granola bowl doesn't have enough yoghurt to match the level of granola. Also, the cutlery at this place is not great - seems like an odd thing to complain about but the knives are ergonomically strange and slicing sourdough is hard.
