   This is my brother and I’s go to restaurant whenever we’re in the city. Every time we’ve been here, staff are super friendly and quick, the food is fantastic, clean as a whistle and just an absolute flawless experience every time. I took my mother here most recently cause she wanted to try it after our hype and we were watching the Super Bowl for a bit. I’m not sure if he was the manager or owner, but he came by and chatted with us for a bit cause he was preparing to tell us that they were closing and noticed how closely we were watching the game. My mother and I informed him that it’s all good cause we had a concert to go to but I regret not telling him how awesome the restaurant is overall. TLDR, fantastic place and staff, the chicken and waffles are GOD TIER!

   Love this place. The chicken and baked beans are my favourite. The beans are a bit spicy which is great!

   Went to Union Chicken to celebrate a 50th birthday. They were kind enough to expand our original reservation of 6 people to 7 same day! The food came out almost immediately after we ordered. At the table, 5 of us ordered some sort of fried chicken sandwich, and 2 ordered rotisserie style. The consensus was that the rotisserie style had a lot more flavour than the fried. A must try! The brussel sprouts side, while not "crispy", was the best thing ordered by far and the cornbread was scrumptious! Overall the food was great, prices were normal for nowadays ($20-30), nothing to really complain about. The place was BUSY, but we expected such being 5pm downtown. Reservations are a must as the only non-reservation seating is at the kitchen/bar or on the "patio" which is inside union but outside the actual restaurant. The noise level was quite loud so it was a little hard to converse. It was as we expected for the time and location. The service was a little slower than we would have liked, but with how busy it was, it wasn't awful. The server was very knowledgable of the products and super friendly. I have to say, for a while it felt like we were in "Hells Kitchen, Union Station" as the kitchen was frantic and the head chef runs it well. I wished I had been sitting there to watch them in action! Overall, we would all return. 4 star place!

   It took an inordinate amount of time to get served. The table next to us sat down after us and were finished well before us. The waiter apologized for the delay and offered us a plate of nachos and dip while we waited and also provided us with a discount card the next time we visited. My friend left his on the table, so I know he won/t be back! I ordered honey garlic chicken wings and the sauce was a little runny, rather than thick. I have been to the restaurant numerous times and unfortunately, this was the worst service I have received to date. Our waiter was very nice, but at times, was no where to be found!

   The staff is absolutely amazing! Went for my sons birthday before the leafs game and even though they were busy, they went out of their way to make a sauce my son could eat and give him options that they didn’t normally have! They made him feel so special on his birthday and he absolutely loved it. Super quick, friendly and caring team! Would definitely recommend this restaurant any day!! Food was amazing as well! Will be back again 😊

   Always a great stop in before the Hockey Game! Great service and they always acknowledge your out for a game night and do everything to ensure you get out with plenty of time!

   staff was great, and the food was delicious. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. The only part of it that wasn’t so great was that the food came out incredibly quickly and we had barely enjoyed our cocktails before we had to tuck into our meal. Next time I would hold off on ordering our mains so that we had a little bit of breathing room.
