Our brewpub fare brings the best that the land has to offer, crafted and served by the people who are downright close to the salt of the earth. Chef-created, seasonal menus filled with locally sourced ingredients and just-from-scratch recipes reflect the same artisan approach we bring to our beers.

We’ve produced quality beers over the years by challenging and refining our craft, not by appeasing trends. Discerning taste, rolled up sleeves, and upholding our uniquely progressive ideals ensures our drinkers will appreciate Upland beers as much as we do. Many of our brews are unique twists on traditional recipes, while others are creations of our own imaginations. In 2006, we traded a few cases of beer for barrels from our friends at Oliver Winery, and we haven’t stopped innovating with sour beers yet.

    Food was not very fresh. The tofu is strange looking and tastes odd. There was dust all around our booth on the leather. I would not recommend this restaurant. Our server was attentive and friendly but unfortunately the food just didn’t hit the spot for any of us at our table.

    We had a fabulous time dining here with our friends. Collin was amazing and offered suggestions that suited my and my husbands tastes wonderfully! Collin built an instant connection with us and our guests and made the whole experience feel more special. I will be recommending this brewhouse to everyone I know and will be adding it to our regular date night rotation.

    They brought our appetizer the same time as our food. The point of an appetizer is to eat before your main meal.

    Sat outside on the patio overlooking a lovely busy roundabout, not too loud. The tenderloin sandwich was s bit small compared to other local offerings but was lightly breaded and good. The Bleu cheese coke slaw is a different take and is delicious. The Pig n Fig sandwich my wife had, she said was good but nothing spectacular. The beer was crisp and cold. Service was very good from both the server and the bartender.
