   Truly a gem. Thank you Sam, Abby, and Kate for a wonderful evening! We ordered à la carte. The seasonal menu was approachable, yet challenging. The staff was so cohesive. We so appreciate them entertaining our line of questioning about wine and their ingredients and learning with us! Urban Hearth so well executes the farm-to-table experience and intentionality each food and drink item is clear. Our party of Wisconsin residents and natives was thrilled to see that the Badger Flame Beet, the child of a golden beet and carrot born at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, was featured as part of the beet carpaccio. This is just one example of how creative and research-driven Chef Erin Miller is. We thank Urban Heartb for being stewards of sustainable dining! We hope to return to Urban Hearth the next time we make it over from Wisconsin!

   The menu offers a wide variety of choices. Food is thoughtfully prepared with emphasis on a layering of flavors and textures. The quality of the ingredients is evident in the taste of the appetizers and entrees served. Cocktails are designed to complement the food and there is an excellent selection of wines as well. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful in guiding one thru the menu. This restaurant deserves high praises and is a must to dine at.

   We went for a special "One Hundred Mile" evening where all ingredients were sourced within one hundred miles of the restaurant. The theme of the evening was American southern-influenced and Thai dishes prepared by an outside chef. The whole experience was beautifully paced, and the dishes were Michelin-quality. An informal but amazing evening. The staff could not have been more attentive and knowledgeable.

   The 100 Mile dinner was such a special experience. The thought and care that went into each dish was palpable. Urban Hearth continues to set the standard for creative cooking and hospitality in Cambridge.

    We booked the chef's table tasting menu. The flavors were creative and thoughtful, and the service was friendly and attentive. Two things would have made the experience outstanding. First, some of the food was lukewarm when we got it. Second, despite five courses, I was still hungry when we left. The portions for the fish and meat course were small. (My husband ate his steak in a single bite.)

    Hi Camille, we take feedback very seriously, so thank you for sharing your experience with us. The chef's tasting is designed to be multiple small portions. Most folks are pretty stuffed by the time they head home and it's a delicate balance between too much and not enough, depending on your preferences. We're sorry we left you wanting more.
