   Based on the reviews, we were hoping for an enjoyable experience (as we recently had at Cooper's Hawk). We had reservations for 4 during a Saturday night at 6:30. Not very busy, that may indicate what we were to soon experience. The wine flights were fun and the pretzel and cheese, along with grilled Brussel sprouts were very good. However, we ordered 4 meals, Porterhouse Pork Chops, Lamb Skewers, Tortellini, and Wine and Cheese Burger. The order arrived about 30 minutes later. However, all meals looked cooked, but all were room temperature/cold, a truly amazing feat. The server and manager apologized, took the meals and returned later with another round of food. These meals were only warm, and not hot, and the meats were dry. We were provided 20% off the meals. We continued with deserts and a round of dessert wines. Upon reflection, I have no idea how the first service of food could all have been cold. Being very familiar with the operations of a restaurant kitchen, it is very surprising this even occurred. Very disappointed with the food. The service was good, as was the wine. The total with food discount was approximately $250 for the 4 of us. Very low probability of going again or recommending to friends.

   This is a hidden treasure! Love the setting and food is great. The staff is amazing and the wines are fantastic. Love the place as a fun get away.

   Beautiful restaurant and the wines were very good We waited about 10 minutes for the hostess to greet and seat us We received our dinks and placed our order right away Our sandwiches took a very log time to arrive The wait staff informed us they were very short handed in the kitchen Might have been nice to comp us a glass of wine or a discount on our bill to make up for it

   Beautiful atmosphere despite location near highway. Service was excellent I think they were short-handed to the kitchen was pretty slow. Food quality was good everything seemed very clean. I didn't care for the particular glass of wine I had though my husband liked his and finished off mine.

   My wife and I both ordered the cherry sangria. We were very surprised to each be served a normal wine goblet with about 6 oz of wine - no ice, no fruit garnish, just wine. This is not what we’re used to for sangria. I ordered the bacon cheese burger. I forgot to ask for medium rare - BUT neither the server, nor the grill cook thought to ask how I wanted it prepared. They defaulted to well done - rendering the wagyu beef patty shrunken and almost crisp; definitely NOT flavorful. I did order the garden salad as an upgrade side. The salad was the high point of my meal. I drove by multiple local restaurants to get to Urban Pine which have in the past served me MUCH more flavorful burgers for a LOT less than $20. Actually even Wendy’s, BK, McDonalds or Culver’s would have been more flavorful. My wife ordered the chicken salad sandwich. She said that was decent. The accompanying pasta salad was laden with feta cheese throughout. She controls her lactose intolerance by medication - which she did take. But she really doesn’t like the taste of feta, no bueno for her on the pasta salad. As we walked to the car, I asked my wife to remind me - next time I might suggest going to Urban Pine - that I DON’T want to go to Urban Pine anytime soon.

   We were told the chef had recently quit and there were many items not available. We had 2 scotch drinkers in the party and they were out of scotch. The bar situation is very poor. Very basic mixers and no limes for a vodka tonic! The wine choices are good of course. I had been there for lunch and it was fine but I was very disappointed this time. Hopefully they get the situation worked out.

   Love this place! Sangria flights are fabulous. Food was very good— Margherita Flatbread is so delicious with its balsamic glaze. Service was good and our server was very attentive. The patio was perfect tonight . Not too hot, with a great breeze. My only recommendation would be to have smaller glasses for the sangria flights. They were HUGE glasses with only a 2 oz. pour. This is my second visit and it was just as good this year!!

    Our experience here was fantastic! We will definitely recommend to our close friends.. the wine yummy and our server Taryn was super sweet. She acknowledged us being first time guests and really customized our experience to use recommending and letting us sample several new wines. We look forward to dining with you again!
