   Food was mid at best. But the manager handled the matter when I pulled a large screw out of my mouth which was served to me in my food was really lacking and very disappointing. Never again.

   The food was very good. We ordered a margarita flight. The drinks were tasty except they gave you 1 glass with ice we were supposed to use for 4 different flavor margaritas. We asked for sugar on the rim and got salt. The General Manager, Antoine, came over and talked with us. He apologized and made everything right. That meant a lot to us and we will be back!

   Perfect as usual! The flank steak melted in your mouth! The nachos are huge and were gone quickly. My only complaint would be the pomegranate martini I ordered. Vodka was not used, it was champagne and juice. It was still tasty.

   Made the reservation on OpenTable. Very good experience. So easy to manage. Urbano’s food and and drinks were so delicious as they always are. Never disappoints. The service was terrific! Had a very good Valentine’s Day there! The only thing I wish was that the heat was turned down a little. We were sitting right under the heaters and it was super hot. With all the people in there didn’t really need that much heat on.

   Nice atmosphere, abundant menu selections. Guacamole and pico de gallo are excellent. I feel like I’ve had better queso at other Mexican restaurant establishments. House margarita was tasty but a bit pricey. Entrées were very good Overall, would recommend giving it a try if looking for a good Mexican restaurant in the Bethlehem area.

   Urbano is consistently good, I’m a frequent flyer there because it’s typically the whole package for me. The menu changes pretty frequently, which is nice. I am kind of boring though and usually get a rice bowl with short ribs. That wasn’t on the menu this time and I asked if I could get it and our server said I could. When they brought the rice bowl out, it was just three large chunks of short rib meat on top of the bowl instead of being shredded like it usually is. A small thing but definitely different from the usual presentation. My friend got the chicken in a rice bowl and when it came out, the chicken was chunked and looked much like my dogs’ canned food. It was really good, don’t get me wrong but again the presentation was questionable. We were in at around 4 for an early dinner so it’s entirely possible that the kitchen was gearing up for the actual dinner rush and maybe that was the reason why things were the way they were. It’s not going to stop me from going back — urbano is definitely one of my go to places downtown — this experience was just a little bit different from the usual for me.

   Ambience is perfect . The food and drinks were spot on . S’mores old fashioned was amazing ! Kelly our server was outstanding. Looking forward to our next visit .

   Great food and atmosphere. Happy hour margarita pitcher is a great deal and can be split between two easily.

    Very cool space, exposed stone and brick is gorgeous. While service was polite, not attentive. It was very very busy, in their defense. But took awhile for someone to come over, rare check ins, had to flag someone down for another round of bevs Food was very good, but given how long it took for food to come out , ate too many chips because we were hungry. Won’t do that again! Will definitely be returning but likely not on a weekend.
