   My first time visiting this restaurant. The ambiance is very cute and whimsical. Tables are set beautifully and the addition of the book to hold menus was very cute. The servers were kind and passionate. The overall experience was disappointing. After our mocktail which was not very impressive, we were never asked for another drink, we always needed to take the initiative. My friend wanted another mocktail, and was denied bc they ran out of an ingredient ( there were only two other tables dining at that time). The apppetizer was over hyped. Pictures online did not in the slightest resemble their presentation. The appetizer was good. We waited an hour and 45 mins to receive that appetizer and a humongous order of bread. We were exhausted by the time we received our meals. I ordered the chicken and the side was almost cold. It was good but not overly impressive. Nice to see a gluten free restaurant in Ottawa, but will not return. Some fine tuning needed for dining service.

   C’est un endroit unique à Ottawa. <3 Un ensemble de petites attention vraiment admirable. Une excellente expérience chez Versailles. Le service était extraordinaire, merci Hind et Taran. Tout y est bien exécuté et délicieux. C’est une belle occasion de déguster des vins très bien choisis. La table est simple et très goûteuse. Rien de compliqué. On y retourne avec plaisir. À bientôt Versailles.

   Excellent service, plats raffinés et savoureux ! Les tables sont bien espacées les unes des autres et le niveau sonore est faible ce qui très appréciable.

   Ce bar à vin est tout à fait exceptionnel. Les vins sont minutieusement sélectionnés et nombreux. Les filles s’y connaissent réellement. La carte de la bouffe est courte, mais raffinée. Un endroit charmant que je recommande pour une soirée entre amoureux ou entre amis.

   It was a nice place. The service was pleasant. Being in Ottawa attention to clearing the front entrance is needed, especially when steps are involved....there had been none at all, and it had been snowing heavily. Wait times for food was excessive, and delivery inconsistent with arrival times of tables, not just ours. The place was small enough that you can see who was ordering what and when food was delivered. Food itself was tasty, though over seasoned I think. Wine was excellent. Portions were quite small. Value for money was poor. The bill was VERY high for a table of two, prix fix menu on Valentines day. I wouldn't go back. I feel that tables around me felt the same.
