    Honestly, the food was pretty bad. We got the salmon and the fettuccine Alfredo at our table. The salmon itself was decent, but was sitting on cold rice. The broccolini was very undercooked and the fettuccine Alfredo was one of the worst dishes we have ever had. It’s covered in dark meat and fatty white meat small chicken pieces mixed with overcooked pasta noodles…and the sauce was nothing I would want anyone to have to taste. I’d rather go to Olive Garden. We expected a nicer, ever-so slightly upscale experience, and were extremely disappointed. The food is NOT worth the high prices, honestly you are better off eating at the Denny’s down the street.

    The best hamburger I’ve ever had bar none and I’m 75! Grilled to perfection, loaded with goodies like cheddar cheese and lettuce and tomato and pickles. oh my! and yummy french fries. Our server, Luis, went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He even gave us directions to a local market and answered all our questions about the hotel.

    We had a reservation for 6:30pm We had to wait for someone to sow up to see us. Then we waited for 25 minutes for waitress to show up s They were out of three things on the menu. The waitress delivered our food and never came back. I had to physically go into the kitchen area for help from someone else. Horrible experience I recommend a restaurant outside of the Hotel. The V was closed Mon- Wed so we had no other choice at the Viv.

    Breakfast menu was over priced and underwhelming. The waitress forgot to order our niece’s entree. She also brought hot tea we ordered as we sat down at the end of our breakfast when we were ready to leave. She also added a gratuity charge (which we didn’t mind), but did not inform us it was included. We caught it right before we double tipped. Staff doesn’t seem to care.

    Special salad was not very special; stick with Caesar’s. BBQ ribs somewhat salty and dry. Salmon looked good. Turkey club was quite good. Overall average food

    As someone who had worked in the industry for 20 years I write this so that they are able to make changes so that other diners don’t have the same experience that we did. I never want to see restaurants give bad service, and I hate writing negative reviews. When we arrived there were two tables sat. A party of six and a party of two. When we sat down with our menus we waited about 10-12mins before someone brought us water, and told us a server would be over to take our order. A party of 4 was sitting behind us after we got water. Another 10-15mins go by and the party behind us got up and left because no one came to speak to them, and my wife and I were debating on leaving ourselves since our kids are 10 and 9. As we were about to leave the bartender came over, super nice, and took our food order. He was understanding that we waited a long time and apologized. When our food came we had a new server who was attentive and was great. I ordered the steak and it was over cooked. I ate it because I wasn’t going to wait for another meal and my kids were already eating and waiting to go back up to our room. The food was flavorful, just a little over cooked for my tastes. The almost 30 mins before a server really came over to us really put a sour taste in our mouths. The restaurant was beautiful and the hotel is somewhere we would love to stay at again. Hopefully it was just a bad night and it doesn’t happen to someone else.

    The restaurant was easily accessible and available for instant seating most nights, really the only issue was the lack of attention from staff. Both nights I ate in, staff would order food or take a drink order, and once it arrived, I would not see them again until it was time for the bill. The food was average; nothing that really stuck out as great or bad. Just middle of the road in that aspect. Nearly no flavor in the chicken tacos, and the burger was cooked well, but also suffered from a lack of any noticeable flavor. Fine if you need something to eat, would not go out of my way to eat at again however

    The hotel is fabulous and have stayed for 4 trips, but the food and menu is just average.

    Stayed at the viv hotel and had dinner for convenience as it’s located in the hotel. The service was good. The ambiance, food and cost were average.
