   Valle Omakase with Chef Quindere was a wonderful experiential date night. The course was filling and the dishes were colorful and flavorful. Chef Quindere has a plethora of international experience, and truly makes his guests meals with utmost precision using the highest quality of locally sourced ingredients. Highly recommend if staying in Valle for a taste of traditional and creative Japanese omakase.

   Buenísimo, de lo mejor que tiene el valle. Muy original el concepto, la decoración del lugar, los sabores de la comida. El chef, una persona muy agradable y todos los que participan son muy simpáticos, hacen que tu experiencia sea muy amena. Seguro regresaremos y se lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos

   Todo el staff es súper amable, la comida es muy buena y súper interesante, los productos locales le dan un toque único y la experiencia en general es muy satisfactoria.

   Fue una increíble experiencia la deliciosa comida y el lugar tan bonito con una vista que pocos lugares te ofrecen. El chef y todo su equipo son un verdadero ejemplo de excelencia. Definitivamente volveremos a disfrutar de este restaurante.

   The food was excellent, one of the best Omakase I have ever had. The sea urchin was sublime, and all the fish was so fresh it melted in your mouth. The pairings with sauces was also excellent. The chef was gracious enough to make a smaller course for my vegetarian friends, and the lichi martinis were heavenly. One of my friends also loved the recommended sake pairings. The staff was also mostly attentive, although I found them sometimes slow in getting drinks, refilling waters, etc. Also, it was quiet inside the restaurant, but the hotel where Valle Omakase is located shares a terrace with the hotel restaurant, En Fuego, which had a live band. That made it really loud and difficult to hear the chef explain the dishes. Overall though, would highly highly recommend it as an excellent, one-of-a-kind foodie experience!!

   Do not doubt to book a table if you're able to. We came to the second seating and WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. Come hungry, if you do not like raw fish either don't come or you'll learn to love it here. Small seating of 12 with the chef and team preparing each dish in plain sight and explaining every single one. 15 out of 10. Great experience and amazing food. The ambiance makes it so that you end up speaking with the other diners and interact with the team and chef. Loved it and it's absolutely worth every cent.

   Todos los platillos estuvieron excelentes; la atención en la barra del chef estuvo muy bien y sobre todo porque te explica cada platillo. El servicio es muy bueno y cada platillo único. Lo recomiendo mucho 👌🏼 Nota: si van deben de ir con la mentalidad de experimentar sabores e ingredientes diferentes para que disfruten más la experiencia. 💯

    Valle Omakase is a culinary masterpiece. The uniqueness of dishes and combinations of flavors was the best. The whole experience is high class and worth every penny. You will not be disappointed. You must go here!
