   Food was truly awful. We couldn’t eat more than a few mouthfuls. Chicken undercooked and pasta was mushy . Service was terrible. Do not recommend

   The authentic cuisine, coupled with the ambiance makes this place a suitable restaurant for anyone (couples, families, big tables for friend groups) as well as the quick and attentive staff made for a lovely evening

   Staff at greeting and waiter were friendly and super welcoming. He food was delicious as always and just the right portion. The only slight issue, we came to have some of our favourite meals but found out that the menu has been changed and these were now not available: the Bruschetta, the Beef Cheek Ragi and the Mushroom risotto. It would be great if these were put back on the menu. Apart from misisng out on eating what we came for, it was a great experience. Thank you

   Shown to a table upstairs that had small bar stools. You're literally expected to squat on these things and there is no back support. The waiter was accommodating in moving us to arm chairs with a table. But then they were too low, the table wobbled and we virtually ate dinner in our laps :(. The food was sub par. Dry with little sauce and lacking in flavour. You know it's no good when you go looking for condiments.

   Our large group of 20 plus people had a wonderful lunch at Vapiano Sydney. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful and really went above and beyond to make our time their memorable The food, drinks and atmosphere were great! I felt it was good value for money. Would come back again for sure & recommend others to do the same

   The food was very tasty and reasonably portioned but unfortunately the service was not good. Very few staff members available and used a QR code order system with no cash payment option at all in the restaurant. We watched our drinks at the bar for close to 15 min before being brought out. There were also other patrons that created a negative atmosphere, such as using a digital camera with a flash that ricocheted around the restaurant. It was difficult to get the attention of the wait staff and on two occasions I had to leave my table to find someone. I would consider getting takeout from here in the future but not dining in.

   The food is always excellent at Vapiano’s and I really love the vibe! I always come back here as my go-to Italian restaurant in the city.
