    We absolutely love coming to The Hilton Los Cabos; and there is so much to enjoy at this restaurant (Vela). Food quality is outstanding, with a high level of attentive care with the service. We would recommend Vela very highly if you are looking for delicious food, cocktails, and wine selection coupled with a quality experience.

    My wife and I ate here to celebrate her birthday. The was incredible and they celebrated her well. Our server, Diego, was fantastic. Highly recommend!

    We had a lovely evening at Vela. Our wonderful server recommended a perfect wine and the scampi and risotto were truly the best I’ve ever had. Also, had a very delicious and interesting house-made gelato for dessert. It is a beautiful and romantic setting and we enjoyed it very much!

    Worst meal we have eaten in Cabo San Lucas. Beef tenderloin was overcooked, served cold and tasteless. Lamb agnolotti was undercooked and pasta was raw, tough and chewy. Service was good and the food was not.
