The oysters were good, but the butternut squash/apple soup was too sweet. The fish and chips were average. The portabella mushroom sandwhich was good. The salad dressing was too sweet.

Took forever to get our drinks, out of 3 dishes (at 6pm), soup tasted burnt, chicken was very dry and the last straw was the 3% surcharge for use of credit cards. I’m good to pay a lot of $ for good food and service. Venus provided neither. Won’t be coming back.

My burger was soggy I think because of the carmelized onions. It had a good taste but I only ate half because of sogginess
