   A Great restaurant. Went for my husband's 84th Birthday. Every appetizer or main course dish we had was cooked to perfection.

   Via Allegro is one of most favourite restaurants. We were there again last night and really enjoyed it as we always do. The food is top quality, fresh, and prepared to perfection! Their pasta dishes, meat and fish options along with appetizers are well balanced with incredible flavours that tantalize your taste buds, and presented in a beautiful array of colour. The chef(s) are very talented and always thing of new signature dishes to incorporate into their menu. The selection of wines are incredible with bottles that we have enjoyed going back to 1967. The experience we have drinking these wines is like having a vineyard in your backyard, sitting amongst the vines, savouring incredible flavours and aromas from wineries all over the world. The sommeliers are very knowledgeable and attentive to our wine preferences as well as pairings to consider with our meal. We always leave with learnings from the wines we have each time we dine at Via Allegro. The service is impeccable. Servers pay attention to detail; they ensure that the timing of each dish is presented with a break to savour the wine and enjoy flowing conversation that adds to our overall experience. Our glass is always topped up, cutlery, and dishware, are reset for each course and servers ensure that table is alway clean. The ambiance is very inviting with a sole musician on dedicated nights. The noise level can get somewhat high at times but adds to an overall vibrant experience. We are both foodies and love discovering new wines.     My company frequents Via Allegro for business dinners and they always take such great care of us. I am always impressed with how good the food and the service at Via Allegro is; and it seems to get even better each time I visit! Our most recent visit - the food was incredible and service was equally impeccable. One of our party had a nut allergy; our server took such great care during every step of the meal - it was very impressive! Thank you.
