   Service was very slow - no waiter for at least 30 minutes after being seated. The food was just ok and the tables were way too close

   After Enjoying a “Wonderful” Theater Experience from “A Wonderful World-Louis Armstrong Musical” @Studio 54 Theatre, Our Party of Eight were looking forward to Dinner @VIA TOSCANA which was a short distance from The Theatre. We were pleased that our reserved table was already set up & our dining began with cocktails, very tasty bread, shared appetizers (calamari, polenta sliders, wings), various entrees, & shared desserts (cheesecake & tiramisu). Overall Good Food & Service/Reasonable NYC Prices/Ambience/Music.

   This was our 3rd dining experience at Via Toscana. We went for a pre theater meal and brought 3 friends with us dining here for their first time. We returned because of the delightful meals and experiences previously. This visit was no different. Nice menu choices with reasonable prices. For the third time we chose a cheese/meat charcuterie appetizer and for our encores a variety of pasta, fish and meat dishes. Everyone was very happy with their meal and our friends joining us commented on how much they liked the restaurant and would likely return sometime in the future. The service was very good as always and we love the atmosphere. We also will be returning again in future. Great meal and great value!

   Exceptional food, service and value. My new favorite for Italian in Hell’s Kitchen. Andrea his son Nico and daughter-in-law Sarah are the real deal. Not to be missed pre-show or after!!

   Picked this based on reviews I read. It's not exactly great. Really pretty average. The staff are great. But it's just not there in terms of food quality. I would say the seafood pasta was the best thing we had. I would give that 4stars. The remainder was 3 star. The redeeming quality of the restaurant is it's staff. All of whom were great. But the place has a good bit of tourist trap feel despite its location. I mean, light bulbs in a drink? Who wants to drink something that has electronics soaking in it?

   I loved Via Toscana, we went for my Mom's birthday with a group of 11 of us. The food was amazing, and they had great specials. This place was authentic Italian with a touch of other stuff, amazing meat and cheese plates, mozzarella in carrozza, croquettes, and the chicken cutlet I had was perfectly cooked and delicious. Great espresso martinis and wine selection. The place was also narrow and had music playing but it wasn't too loud and you could all chat with your table, it was perfect. Then at the end we got some limoncello shots on the house, it doesn't get better than that. Highly recommend!!

    Our table was ready for us as soon as we walked in the restaurant. The service was attentive, the staff very friendly, the food was creatively presented and delicious. I would recommend!
