Went to The Victor for my mom's birthday. It was easy to book a spot because it wasn't busy (I wonder why...). We ordered the Sunday prime rib, the steelhead salmon, and the porterhouse steak. The prime rib and salmon were pretty good. Prime rib was juicy. Salmon was moist. The price for the prime rib and salmon were reasonable. The porterhouse... was a total disappointment. I ordered it medium rare. It came overcooked and dry. It took me a while to get my server. Must be because not enough servers working and/or the restaurant's too big, so it takes the server a long time to walk over. Anyhow, server brought the porterhouse back to the kitchen and confirmed it was overcooked. Doesn't the head chef check? Isnt The Victor a fancy Steakhouse? Anyhow, they remade it and it was juicer, but weak flavor. Pretty expensive for a porterhouse in case y'all didn't know. I left the restaurant so unsatisfied that I went to the Keg for dinner the next day lol. Keg is better Imo. Oh, they did give my mom a free slice of cake, which was very nice of them. However, the cake tasted stale. Thanks, but no thanks.

We love The Victor. Normally, it’s dinner and/or appetizers and drinks. Today we went to their Sunday brunch. Absolute winner. Bananas Foster French Toast is unreal. I recommend that selection to accompany the beautiful buffet.

Our sever was great, food was delicious. My only complaint is that the music was just a tad loud and made it difficult to hear everyone in our group of 4

The professionalism of the staff, and the smoothness of the whole dinner experience was excellent. Our waiter was responsive, helpful, and engaging. The food was excellent. Pricey but no more so than other similar restaurants. Had a great overall experience.

Unique meandering path from the hotels 6 th floor takes you to the restaurants oversized front door. The Victor has a relaxed elegance. Table service was attentive, knowledgeable without feeling over serviced. Set menu for circus soleil show had good choices and so scrumptious. Overall I would definitely come back

The brunch buffet. The main brunch items included in the buffet is incredible. We had crab cake Benny and French toast. Both are amazing, but the buffet items are not that impressive. We saw in 2023 there was more items on the seafood. Now we get small cups of civiche and small sushi. The honey ham and prime rib is OK, but not impressive. The honey ham was on the dry side. Surprisingly, we actually love the Brussel sprout. Pastry is not impressive. Candy bar was ridiculous but I think kids will like it, not us. We ordered drip coffee, and it tasted like coffee water, so swapped for latte, which is much better. Overall, I think if Victor only sell their brunch menu, I would come back because they are actually good. The buffet was not worth the value, in my opinion. Service is great though.
