    We had a reservation and were originally seated at a lovely table by the window — great start. But then a server came over and rudely told the hostess that the table was being “saved” for another reservation. No apology, no tact, just an awkward exchange in front of us, as if we were invisible. We were then moved to a far less desirable table without any explanation or effort to make it right. The whole experience felt disrespectful and unprofessional. We decided to leave before even ordering — not because of the table itself, but because of how poorly the situation was handled. There are too many good restaurants in town to spend money where guests are treated like an afterthought.

    Un service client exceptionnel – merci Alex ! Malgré un temps d’attente assez long pour recevoir nos plats (ce qui semblait venir de la cuisine), notre serveur Alex a offert un service irréprochable tout au long de notre visite. Il venait nous voir régulièrement pour nous rassurer, s’assurer que nous étions bien, et garder une belle ambiance à table. C’est rare de nos jours de voir un service aussi attentionné, humain et professionnel.

    Beautiful ambience upstairs. Service was slow. Our server was very polite & accommodating but he had too many tables which made it slow. Steaks were fabulous but vegetables & potatoes were cold.

    The food was excellent, but the service was long. But it might have been due to the fact that The Formula One Race was in town during the weekend which made it very busy.

    We booked this restaurant for my husband's birthday and had really high hopes but sadly were very disappointed by the service at this restaurant. The hostess was great and got us to our table promptly but our waiter seemed rushed and was very inattentive. Several times he spilled wine while refilling our glasses and never made any mention of it or try to clean it up. Despite this we truly did enjoy our meals of steak and salmon. We left feeling sorely let down by our experience. Not sure if we would return.
