   I was a little worried about eating here having read a couple of reviews that were negative about the service but my experience was the opposite. We were perfectly looked after by Gabriella and others. The food was good and for sure we will come back and eat here again

   Had a lovely lunchtime meal for 2 people. Pizza was delicious and the veal was especially good although was served without accompaniments. A portion of zucchini fries completed the order. All the food was hot and fresh and very tasty

   Service was poor. We had to ask for the waiters to take our order after sitting there for 15 minutes. My starter was ok fish arancini but my prawn & angel hair pasta was gluppy and over cooked. My partner had steak and chips he said it was nice. There was too many staff serving all the tables instead of 1 staff member sticking to our table. Not going to rush back to be fair plus they charged 13% service charge!

   Excellent restaurant. Food was delicious, as usual. Lucky to have this restaurant gem in our neighbourhood.

   It was a Saturday night and they were busy . Four of us sat down at our table at 830 pm and our main course was finally served at 10 pm which was unacceptable…and that was after we pushed them . The food when it came was very nice and the staff were trying hard but were clearly under pressure. Two of us were given a glass of Prosecco complimentary because of the wait . We thought that it was good value but obviously the service let the restaurant down.We would go back but perhaps not on a Saturday night .

   My first choice on the menu being unavailable wasn’t a good start. I found the cooking unimaginative and lacking appropriate sauces. Red house wine excellent and sweets and choice good. Don’t go expecting food and ambience similar to its other and renowned namesake in Hampstead. It will have to up its game if it is to succeed with a good choice of Italian restaurants in the surrounding area.

    We had a delightful meal with the calamari pasta and beef medalion specials all tasting delicious. The service was also great with the waiting staff friendly and attentive, while also setting a good pace to the meal so we never felt harried or rushed.
