   Everything about this "guess" reservation in a huge tourist environment turned out fantastic. It was very easy to access from the Universal complex hotel where we stayed, the parking was simple, and the food was tremendous across the board for all four of us. Pastas were great, as were salads, and even the kids' menu, and they had an impressive wine list filled with labels we were familiar with both economical and reach. But the best part of the dining experience was our waiter, Frankie, who treated us like royalty and family and kept us laughing throughout. Ask for Frankie!

   Just returned home from a fabulous dinner at Vincenzo Cucina Italiana. From the moment we entered the place it was wonderful. We were greeted warmly by the staff. The highlight of our dinner was our waiter, Frankie!!! He was terrific, personable and so knowledgeable! He made some excellent suggestions for our party of three. Apps, mains and dessert were outstanding! Thank you Frankie for starting our vacation off with a terrific meal! We will be back!!!

   Service was good. Food was very average and nothing was exceptional. Sides were risotto and Brussels and both were below average.

   Valet service was prompt on our arrival and it’s free. Our waiter Frankie was attentive, joyful, engaging. We all had great meals and dessert. We did make a reservation weeks in advance so I recommend that as we had no wait time being seated.

   Outstanding in every way! Our server, Franky, was friendly, fun, and very attentive. The quality of the food and service was what you’d expect from a much more expensive restaurant.

   Excellent food! Pasta was delicious and desserts are a must have, the tiramisu was out of this world. Everything was delicious and our server was very polite and attentive
